Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator at Lindt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship that Lindt is celebrated for. You’ll work alongside a passionate team to meet daily manufacturing goals and uphold the integrity of the brand’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production.
Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Monitor equipment performance, adjusting as necessary to meet production targets.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures diligently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily manufacturing objectives.
Keep accurate records of production output and equipment status.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows-based software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Technical aptitude, particularly in machinery operation and troubleshooting.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40 pounds.
Capable of climbing, bending, reaching, and other physical activities required for the role.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including potential overtime.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $21.00 per hour
