As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.\n

\nJob Description\n

\nProvides assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.\n
\nFollows the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.\n
\nProvides emotional and social support to residents.\n
\nDocuments daily log of assistance. Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.\n
\nRespect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.\n
\nRespects residents' confidentiality.\n
\nIs familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.\n
\nAttends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.\n
\nStrives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.\n
\nMaintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.\n
\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n

\nExperienced in long-term care or Assistant Living\n
\nAble to communicate well in both verbal and written forms\n
