This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly, working with diverse K-12th grade learners depending on your experience. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of culturally responsive, student-centered practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy services for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Utilize dynamic, evidence-based interventions adapted to individual language needs
- Track progress, keep thorough records, and provide clear reports to staff and families
- Support inclusive practices and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Contribute to a welcoming, respectful environment that honors the school community’s diverse language backgrounds
