Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience in school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
- Active Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain prior to start
- OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to undergo fingerprinting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to working onsite exclusively (virtual services are not available for these roles)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal therapy outcomes
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech/language support
Full-time schedules consist of 37.5 hours per week, with placements available across different school levels to align with your area of passion and expertise. You’ll be an integral part of the onsite team, working alongside educators who value your skills and dedication.
