Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Princess Anne, MD

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP License (required)
• Maryland Teaching Certification (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to supervise an SLPA and manage a caseload efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Highlights:

• Oversee an SLP Assistant and deliver services to a caseload of 20 students
• Provide assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and offer direct therapy services as needed
• Maintain documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with educators and families for student success
• Evaluate student progress and adjust strategies to support communication development
• Options for onsite or hybrid work, supporting direct supervision requirements
• Contract dates: August 17th, 2026 through June 14th, 2027
• Part-time schedule of 20–25 hours per week, enabling work-life balance
