Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant

-Location: Ventura, CA

-Pay: $24.04–$28.85/hour DOE

-Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

-Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains confidentiality, and excels at managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

-Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
•Experience with Canva and/or Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
•Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
•Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
•Bilingual.
