\nBARTENDER\n
\n
\nAs a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while providing exceptional service. Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests.\n
\n
\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n
\nPrepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.\n
\nProvide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.\n
\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.\n
\nHandle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.\n
\nMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.\n
\nCollaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.\n
\nAdhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.\n
\n
\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n
\n
\nMust be at least 21 years old.\n
\nMust be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.\n
\nMust be able to obtain a Gaming License.\n
\nFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n
\nPrevious experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.\n
\nStrong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.\n
\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\n
\nAbility to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.\n
\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\n
\nMust be able to wear a costumed uniform.\n
\nMust be able to work in a smoky environment.\n
\n
\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:\n
\n
\nStand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.\n
\nLift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.\n
\nModerate to high noise levels.\n
\nExposure to a smoky environment.\n
\n
