Litigation Attorney

\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n
\n
\n* Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.\n
\n* Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda.\n
\n* Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court.\n
\n* Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies.\n
\n* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status.\n
\n* Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n
\n* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.\n
\n* Active bar membership in Texas.\n
\n* Minimum of 1-3 years of Texas litigation experience in civil and commercial matters\n
\n* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.\n
\n* Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.\n
\n* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\n
\n
\n*Preferred Skills:*\n
\n
\n* Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings.\n
\n* Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).\n
\n
