Description As an Commercial Interior Superintendent - Connecticut, you will: Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain project schedules. Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance. Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout the construction process. Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and drive successful project delivery. Profile A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Connecticut should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven track record managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain positive client relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
