Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth for the 2026-2027 academic year. Four speech-language pathologist positions are available, each offering a part-time schedule of 7.5 hours weekly. Located near Olympia, WA, this on-site role focuses on one dedicated caseload per SLP, ensuring deeper engagement and effective progress for approximately 45-50 students.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative approach with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct intervention services and therapy to assigned caseload
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff on student progress and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Stay informed of latest research and approaches in speech-language pathology relevant to school settings
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and school-based regulations
