Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing personnel
Create a nurturing environment by offering support to residents and their families
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff
Ensure a safe and clean workplace by enforcing rules and regulations
Enhance resident trust by safeguarding the handling of confidential information
Manage documentation related to resident care services
Foster collaboration among healthcare teams
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required
Strong leadership skills to guide all staff members positively
Familiarity with EHR and e-Prescribing systems
Exceptional communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
