\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n
\n
\nIncluding, but not limited to:\n
\n
\nDaily duties may include changing linens on residents' beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, washing mirrors and replenishing washroom supplies\n
\n
\nResponsible for emptying trash cans and cleaning air vents, furnishings, and horizontal surfaces to remove dust and dirt.\n
\n
\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment is required.\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will also have previous organizational experience.\n
\n
\nAll other duties as assigned.\n
\n
\nSKILLS\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n
\n
\nPrevious experience in long-term care or other healthcare settings is a plus.\n
\n
\nDetailed oriented with excellent follow up skills.\n
\n
\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n
\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\n
\n
\nPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility.\n
\n
\nMust be capable of maintaining regular attendance\n
\n
\nGood verbal and written communication skills\n
\n
\nMust be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee, resident and company\n
\n
\nproprietary information\n
\n
\nMust have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels\n
\n
