We are looking for a Full-Time healthcare provider to join our Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduate NPs to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $116,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) and obtaining state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $116,480.00
