As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient care and working alongside a team of healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in the ER, inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed environments
- Evaluating patient conditions and executing suitable nursing interventions
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans
- Accurately and promptly documenting patient care
- Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards
- Having at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting
