Become a part of our organization as a full-time Urologist in a well-established Urology practice located in Richland, Washington. This position offers an excellent chance to engage in a wide variety of general Urology procedures while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative team.   • Full-time role with a 4.5-day work week
  • On-call schedule of 1:4, totaling 6 days per month
  • Collaborate with 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), supported by a capable staff
  • Access to strong mentorship and support
  • Utilize advanced technology including 2 robotic systems, Urogynecology, and Aquablation
  • Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Annual compensation ranges from $511,699 to $674,990
  • Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be offered.
