As an Electronics Technician, you’ll troubleshoot SEL products to component level, complete failure root cause analysis, and process repairs in our Product Hospital operation in Lewiston, ID. You’ll work alongside other technicians and engineers to get to root cause of complex problems while instilling trust with our customers!\n

\nAs an Electronics Technician, a typical day might include the following:\n
\n
\nTest, repair, convert, and troubleshoot problems of high complexity to the component level on SEL products.\n
\n
\nDevelop and maintain knowledge in SEL processes and products to ensure product quality and integrity.\n
\n
\nProvide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel.\n
\n
\nPartner with other divisions to satisfy the needs of our customers.\n
\n
\nThis job might be for you if:\n

\nYou have a two-year electronic engineering technology degree or equivalent.\n
\n
\nYou have a strong understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor-based electronics.\n
\n
\nYou enjoy working in an electronics lab work environment.\n
\n
\nYou enjoy solving complex problems alongside your team.\n
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications:\n
\n
\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience providing technical service and/or engineering support in a manufacturing or engineering environment\n
\n
\nExperience leading process improvement or analysis teams\n
\n
\nHands-on electronic troubleshooting experience\n
\n
\nTechnical training and presentation skills\n
\n
\nPractical knowledge of power systems\n
\n

\nElectronics Technician I $32.88 - $48.60 per hour. Electronics Technician II $35.83 - $52.95 per hour. Electronics Technician III $40.50 - $59.84 per hour. We anticipate filling this position as Electronics Technician I, however, we are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.\n
