\nJob Responsibilities:\n
\n
\nCommunicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payroll\n
\nKeeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience\n
\nFacilitating communication with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient care\n
\nCompletion of Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperwork\n
\nAttend meetings and case conferences\n
\nJob Requirements\n
\nCurrent COTA Licensure\n
\nDegree in Occupational Therapy\n
\nAbility to travel to patient's home or facility\n
\nStrong communication skills\n
\nHome healthcare experience preferred\n
\nAbility to travel within a 40-mile radius of Monroe, MI\n
