Daily Responsibilities

  • Room patients, take vitals, record medical histories, and reconcile home medications
  • \n
  • Administer medications as directed by the provider and assist with medical procedures
  • \n
  • Perform basic lab tests, prepare specimens, and draw blood for testing
  • \n
  • Assist with prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, and refilling medication requests
  • \n
  • Mentor new hires and assist with quarterly chart audits
  • \n
\n

Lead Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Assist clinic director with monthly clinic schedule, with bi-annual policy review, with quarterly chart audits
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with daily, weeky and monthly clinic tasks
  • \n
  • Check refrigerator temps, medication outdates
  • \n
  • Maintenance of sample med log
  • \n
  • Monthly QC
  • \n
  • API submission review and follow up
  • \n
  • Process Improvement (PI) lead in clinics
  • \n
  • BLS Instructor
  • \n
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Current LPN license in Missouri
  • \n
  • 2-3 years' service in a clinical setting
  • \n
  • BLS required
  • \n
  • WIllingness and ability to work in all 6 clinical locations as needed
  • \n
  • Dependable, responsible, courteous, and tactful
  • \n
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
  • \n

Salary and Benefits

Minimum Salary: $55,340.00
\n Maximum Salary: $72,480.00

\n
