Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret student behavioral needs through data collection and analysis

- Train and support teachers, aides, and families on behavioral strategies

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in IEP meetings and school planning
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports
