Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree and state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; SLP-CFYs welcome to apply
- Previous experience in pediatrics or elementary school settings highly valued
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and techniques is a plus
- SLPA certification and relevant school or healthcare background are advantages
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Utilize teletherapy tools for remote services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and school policies
