Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting required
