Overview of the Position:

• $350 Home Time Guarantee if we fail to meet your scheduled home time.
• Guaranteed home time for two consecutive nights each week (or you can choose to stay out longer if you wish).
• Average starting pay of $1,750/week (for those with 2+ years of experience) — consistent and dedicated freight.

Compensation Structure:

• Pay ranges from 58-70 cents per mile (depending on experience).
• Compensation for picks, drops, detention, layovers, and tarping.
• Merit pay available within the first 60 days.

We provide late-model International LT625s (average fleet age: 2 years) — fully automatic.

• SiriusXM All Access and CB Radio included.
• Equipped with APU and inverter.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
• Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
• Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
