You will be an expert in the art of culinary production. You will become a master of efficiency, and precise in execution. You will know the specs and deliver plates that look and taste exactly as they should in the time frame that is expected.\n

\nWhat are we looking for?\n
\n
\nA genuine and thoughtful approach to executing brand standards in a high-volume steak house environment.\n
\nAn appreciation for perfect execution and guest focused service.\n
\nThe ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment.\n
\nLove of food and appreciation for producing high quality\n
\nA tremendous ability to communicate with fellow team members and supervisors.\n
\nA can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude.\n
\nExperience is preferred but not required\n
\nBe of legal working age\n
\nMust be able to lift & carry 35 lbs. Unassisted\n
\nHave the ability to move around 80-90% per shift\n
\nMust be able to perform work for 8-10 hours per shift\n
\nOperate & handle small tools\n
\n
\nA Line Cook will:\n
\n
\nPrepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.\n
\nCorrectly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.\n
\nPlans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.\n
\nPortions and plates of food for serving.\n
\nFollows proper food preparation and handling techniques.\n
\nLabel, date, and store ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste\n
\nMaintains daily production records.\n
\nComplies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.\n
\nReports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.\n
\nKeep work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift\n
\n
