Become a part of a welcoming and skilled OB/Gyn team that is seeking to recruit an OB Hospitalist/Laborist for their comprehensive practice situated in the picturesque Twin Tiers Region of Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our organization is dedicated to offering cutting-edge practice environments along with complete support staff. We serve as a clinical training site for medical students from a local osteopathic college and host residency programs in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

We have implemented a full-time laborist program to uphold a high standard of safety in labor and delivery while enhancing the quality of life for our physicians. Our facility boasts the only Level III NICU in the vicinity and includes a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist on our team. We take great pride in our recent recognition as a Healthgrades 5-Star facility for both vaginal and C-section deliveries.

The full-time role involves working 7 shifts of 24 hours each month, which can be arranged as either 12- or 24-hour shifts while serving as the primary laborist on-site. Off-campus backup coverage is available. Key responsibilities include managing both low and high-risk patients during labor and delivery, collaborating with MFM and neonatology specialists, and providing consultations in the Emergency Department and for inpatient services as needed.

Candidate Qualifications: MD/DO, Board Eligible/Board Certified, and a valid New York State professional license.
