Strategic Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced *Strategic Software Sourcing Specialist* to lead enterprise sourcing initiatives for *Software, SaaS, Cloud, and IT Procurement*. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in *category management, supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing* while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize procurement operations and deliver cost savings.\n

\n* 8+ years of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement experience\n
\n* Strong experience in Software, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Procurement\n
\n* Category Management\n
\n* RFP, RFI, and RFQ management\n
\n* Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Management\n
\n* Contract Negotiation\n
\n* Spend Analysis and Cost Optimization\n
\n* Experience with Oracle, Workday Sourcing, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Levelpath, or similar procurement platforms\n
\n* Advanced Microsoft Excel\n
\n* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n
\n

\n* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services\n
\n* Develop category strategies and sourcing plans\n
\n* Manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes\n
\n* Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and commercial terms\n
\n* Build and maintain vendor relationships\n
\n* Perform spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities\n
\n* Collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and business stakeholders\n
\n* Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs\n
