Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing auto parts, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly line and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes
- Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds throughout the shift
- Stand for the entire 8-hour shift, maintaining productivity and safety
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Use walkie-talkies and computer screens to communicate and monitor production
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to lift 5-8 pound bins and bags consistently
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and work around computers
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
