What we’re seeking:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience or strong interest in providing speech and language services within educational settings
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Collaborative mindset for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language concerns
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans for students, from preschool through high school
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
  • Adapt strategies to accommodate various learning styles and cultural backgrounds
