As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
