Locum tenens assignments can vary significantly in duration, ranging from just a single day to several years. • Patient load: 17 to 20 patients daily

• Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic

• Care model: Team-based approach transitioning to a 1:1 physician/APP model

• Patient demographics: All ages, with shared space alongside a pediatrics office

• Procedures: Minor procedures including suturing, splinting, and punch biopsies

• Experience required: 4 to 6+ years of recent outpatient family medicine practice
