Human Resources Administrator - Contract
Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator - Contract to join their team. As a Human Resources Administrator - Contract, you will be part of the HR department supporting a diverse and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Human Resources Administrator - Contract
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $30
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
- Assist with requisition processes, job descriptions, and communication with talent acquisition and business leaders.
- Support HRIS and ADP Workforce Now systems, ensuring accurate employee data management and reporting.
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Handle employee concerns, investigations, and support employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR, administrative, or employee-facing support experience.
- Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-state employee population preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems, especially ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong communication, organizational, and recordkeeping skills with high attention to detail.
