Multiple full-time contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPs, including Caseloads at the high school, middle school, and elementary school levels. Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington, or willingness to obtain before starting
- CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in school environments
- Completion (or willingness to complete) fingerprinting through OSPI
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Strong communication, evaluation, and intervention planning skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to assigned caseload of students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct speech and language assessments and interpret results for eligibility and ongoing therapy
- Work effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
