Multiple full-time contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPs, including Caseloads at the high school, middle school, and elementary school levels. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington, or willingness to obtain before starting
  • CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in school environments
  • Completion (or willingness to complete) fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Strong communication, evaluation, and intervention planning skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to assigned caseload of students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and interpret results for eligibility and ongoing therapy
  • Work effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
