\nWhat You'll Do\n
\n
\nCreate an inclusive classroom setting for all learners\n
\nDevelop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans\n
\nParticipate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams\n
\nPartner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills\n
\nMaintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records\n
\nMonitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed\n
\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n
\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field\n
\nActive Missouri Special Education Teacher license\n
\nPrevious experience working in the classroom setting is preferred\n
\n
