Merit Health Wesley is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Daytime Hospitalist Physician (MD or DO) to join our collaborative inpatient team. Clinical Responsibilities\n

    Provide high-quality, comprehensive inpatient care for acute and chronic medical conditions.

    • \n
  • \n

    Manage daily patient census, admissions, and discharges with timely documentation.

    • \n
  • \n

    Procedure Coverage: Hospital-based procedures (Central lines, Intubations, Codes/Emergency response) are preferred, but NOT strictly required.

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary clinical teams.

Position Requirements\n

    Education & Certification: MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM).

    • \n
  • \n

    Licensure: Active Mississippi medical license (or eligible to obtain).

    • \n
  • \n

    Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills suited for a fast-paced inpatient setting.
