Looking for a full-time manufacturing job with 3-day weekends, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow? Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for temp-to-hire positions with a leading manufacturing company in Laconia, NH. These roles offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and additional incentives.
Pay & Schedule1st Shift
- Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- $19.00/hour
2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- $20.00/hour
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Load raw materials and monitor production processes
- Perform quality inspections using visual and magnified inspection methods
- Produce parts that meet quality and production standards
- Complete production reports and enter data accurately
- Identify and separate scrap from acceptable parts
- Perform basic machine checks and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support multiple machines or workstations as needed
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
