Position Responsibilities

  • \n

    Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership.

    • \n
  • \n

    Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information and creative design for opportunities to enhance customer experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages.

    • \n
  • \n

    Help prepare catalog layouts, photos and copy for new product additions.

    • \n
  • \n

    Assist with catalog pagination and layout for mini catalogs and pamphlets.

Minimum Requirements

  • \n

    This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience with Microsoft Office, with some experience with Access and Excel a plus.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
