Job Description
You'll step into an established outpatient clinic adding a Family Medicine physician due to continued growth. This is a clinic-based Family Medicine role with predictable hours and no call. If you value a well-supported practice model and time outside of work, this is worth a closer look.
Practice Overview
- Outpatient Family Medicine in a multi-specialty clinic setting
- Supported by APPs, RNs, LPNs, schedulers, and front/back-office staff
- Onsite lab and pharmacy for streamlined patient care
- EMR: RPMS (planned transition to Epic by late 2027)
Schedule
- Clinic open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
- Options include 4x10s; alternate schedule available: Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon
- Stable patient access model with 30-minute appointments and typical panels of 1,200-1,600
- 36 hours/week direct patient care plus 4 hours/week admin time
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starts at 248,500 (DOE) plus annual evaluation-based increase (up to 2%)
- Bonus program: 0%-3% based on four criteria
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Benefits include 403(b) Roth with 6% match (100% vested after 60 days), CME (5 days + 2,500), and PTO starting at 208 hours/year (increases with tenure)
Candidate Requirements
- Family Medicine physician with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be up to date on COVID and flu vaccinations prior to start and remain current with boosters while employed
