\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n
\nAt least 18 years old.\n
\nMontessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)—your golden ticket!\n
\nMeets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.\n

\nPreferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.\n
