Your primary focus will be to help ease the caseload of the staff SLP, ensuring high-quality therapy and support for a diverse caseload of children. Whether you hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate, your clinical skills and passion for pediatric speech and language development will be valued and nurtured.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt therapy to diverse student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students onsite
- Manage documentation, IEP participation, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for student growth
- Help the staff SLP manage caseload volume with care and expertise
