\nWe’re looking for a Service Technician to join our Buffalo, NY Service Department. This role is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into a leadership role in the welder repair industry. You’ll work both in the branch and potentially on the road at customer locations.\n
\n
\nWhat You’ll Do\n
\nAs a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing high-quality industrial and commercial equipment. You’ll:\n
\n
\nTroubleshoot and repair welding equipment, plasma cutting systems, hydraulic bandsaws, ironworkers, CNC cutting tables, and other specialty equipment\n
\nRead wiring schematics and use hand tools to perform repairs\n
\nTest and diagnose electrical components using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools\n
\nLookup and identify the correct parts to complete tasks and repairs\n
\nTake initiative to work independently, while collaborating with the service team to meet department goals\n
\nMaintain high quality and safety standards in every task\n
\nPerform duties following Haun Values: Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven, and Honest\n

\nExperience in electronics, computer repair, PC boards, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, auto mechanics, small equipment, or other repair/service fields\n
\nValid NY State Driver’s License with a clean driving record\n
\nUnderstanding of electrical components, input voltage, and power\n
\nMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills\n
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (secondary degree is a plus)\n
\nMust be 18 years of age or older\n
\n
