\nAs an ICA Team Manager, you'll empower clients to live the promise of self-determination and lead a team of professionals dedicated to making a difference.
What You'll Do\n- \n
- Lead and mentor ICA Teams to deliver exceptional service. \n
- Ensure compliance with state ICA contract requirements. \n
- Build community connections and foster cultural competence. \n
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members. \n
- Manage budgets and maintain fiscal integrity. \n
- Support outreach strategies and ICA service enhancements. \n

- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field (Master's preferred). \n
- 3+ years experience working with similar populations; supervisory experience strongly preferred. \n
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. \n
- Ability to pass a Caregiver Background Check. \n
- Strong communication and leadership skills. \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn internal systems. \n

- Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, and sit. \n
- Occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds. \n
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. \n
- Keyboarding required for this position. \n
- Work occurs in community environments (home, office, community settings) and may involve outdoor conditions during travel. \n
- Possible exposure to chemical fumes, smoke, dust, mildew, and pets in client homes. \n
- Noise level is usually moderate. \n

- Ability to travel on day trips up to 50%; occasional overnight travel may be required. \n
