Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 9-hour shifts
• Manage a caseload of 5 to 7 patients per shift
• Provide psychiatric consultations in a hospital-based inpatient setting
• Collaborate with a NP/PA consult team for emergency department consultations
• Focus primarily on psychiatric consultations within the medical unit
• Occasionally conduct telehealth consultations for regional hospitals
• Preferred experience with involuntary commitments and restraint application

Requirements and Qualifications

• Board certification is mandatory

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $185.00 to $220.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, qualifications, and other considerations.
