Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals
- Conduct dynamic therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic concerns
- Closely monitor progress and maintain meticulous documentation to support students’ ongoing development
- Consult and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and allied professionals to promote coordinated, holistic care
- Provide family education and engagement to reinforce therapy objectives beyond the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in your state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; will consider Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Background working with pediatric or school-aged populations, especially in educational settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a supportive team
