As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in their condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
