Job Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Patient Load: 17 to 20 patients daily
- Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic
- Care Model: Team-based approach transitioning to a 1:1 physician/APP model
- Patient Age Range: Open to all ages, with the option to focus on patients aged 2+ or 5+
- Procedures: Minor procedures including suturing, splinting, and punch biopsies
- Experience Required: 4 to 6+ years of recent outpatient family medicine experience
