Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift
Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Available Shifts: Days and Nights
Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will guide patient and family education and oversee the activities of other nursing staff while upholding care standards in the Telemetry Unit. They will be directly accountable for the care provided to their assigned patients and will communicate with physicians regarding any changes in the patient's clinical status, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptoms. The ability to respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response is essential.
QualificationsEducation, Experience, and Training
- Possession of a current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certification to be acquired within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Our organization offers competitive pay. The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour, specifically for California residents. This estimate does not account for variations in other locations. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
