Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Active GaPSC SLP Educator Certification
• Experience with pediatric caseloads in a school setting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Core Duties:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and staff to support each child's progress
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district and legal standards
