Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active and valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Proficiency with healthcare documentation practices
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to an elementary student caseload
- Develop, review, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and services provided
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Employ teletherapy and in-person strategies as suitable for caseload needs
