Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in the school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, beginning with orientation on August 3, 2026, and wrapping up the academic year on May 28, 2027. You'll have direct access to a same-discipline supervisor for support, along with our "Buddy Program" designed to guide new hires through a thorough orientation and smooth transition. All necessary equipment and testing materials are readily available, so you can focus on providing meaningful services.
What You’ll Bring:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility, or current licensure as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based settings
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to school-aged children
- Collaborative spirit and openness to continuous professional development
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for students based on IEPs and district needs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team during monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
- Participate in annual performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
- Engage in real-time connection and collaboration with colleagues across the region through our intranet platform
- Attend regular 1:1 check-ins and monthly meetings with leadership for ongoing guidance
