School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Monument, CO | 2026-2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Monument, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with both elementary and transition-aged students while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help students achieve their communication goals.

Job Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Monument, CO
• School Year: August 10, 2026 – May 14, 2027
• Full-Time
• 37.5–40 hours per week
• Schedule:
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4 days per week)
  • 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM (1 day per week)
• Onsite position
• Split between 2 school locations
• Caseload includes:
  • Elementary (Preschool–6th Grade): 34 students, plus 2 consult-only students
  • Transition Program (Ages 18–21): 10 students, plus 2 consult-only students
• Dedicated therapy space provided at the elementary school
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $40-45/ hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
