This full-time opportunity spans the academic calendar from August 11, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and centers on delivering high-quality speech and language services that make an immediate impact in students’ lives. Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Certification (SLP-CCC)
  • Proven experience delivering speech and language services in educational or pediatric settings
  • Ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload (K-12), and adapt interventions for different ages and needs
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures, therapeutic documentation, and IEP management
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving insight when collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and consultative support for both students and educators
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional dialogues
  • Maintain clear records in compliance with district and state standards
